UBB.Threads 7.5B1 On-Board
Please be patient as we baby the new beta for the upcoming 7.5 series. Rick has added quite a few smaller features (IOW not so obvious to the end-user but very helpful to admins) and fixed a good number of bugs in preparation for beginning work on the upcoming 8.0 series

Upcoming Events

New Mods

A security bug was found in all versions of ubb.threads 7.x in the dosearch.inc.php file. A patched file has been made available to all owners of ubb.threads 7.x. Download it from the members area at ubbcentral.

Rick just released version 7.3.1 to the Members Area. This is strictly a bugfix release and does not introduce any new features. You can read the Release Notes here.

We threw caution to the wind today and updated the site to 7.3 beta 2. It's called 'beta' for a reason, so while we're under testing mode expect to see some falling bricks, dust, and a few guys leaning on shovels.
For an idea of the thousands of things that have been changed since 7.2, please check the changelog. Thanks to Rick with LOTS of assistance from our very own Ian Spence, Sir Dude, Blaaskaak and even Gizzy and the support of the alpha testers. Hopefully the beta period won't be very long and we can get back to writing mods to break your site soon enough.
Stay tuned as we make use of the paypal integration too... we'll have the nickel tour up and running soon enough

We are pleased to announce the winners of our 3rd Semi-Annual Content Rulez Contest! All sites entered, from top to bottom, really were top-notch. Many hours were invested reading each entry, re-reading, checking out other parts of the site - we gave each a thorough review. Ties in voting happened a couple times resulting in more research.
